SQL backup problem with BE 2012

Error message - SQL error number "4818"

How to fix it ?

1) Is the id added as a db_owner of this database?

2) Is Windows authentication enabled in this database?

same acc. was used but one in MSSQLSERVER

After change the credential to others then change it back, it succeed to logon and backup
