Hi,

Looks like the password either needs to be re-entered, or changed.
Here is a document explaining how to do it through BEWS, but also bear in mind you can do so through BEutility too...

http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/254246.htm

A further way is to re-enter in the password through Services.msc in Windows, and try start them up again.

1) From a command prompt, run services.msc

2) Right-click on Backup Exec Agent Browser and click on properties.

3) Click on the Log On tab

4) Select This Account and enter the domain administrator id and password.

5) Click OK

6) Start the Backup Exec Agent Browser service
