Setup ISCSI: All jobs test successful, but sit indefinitely at "Active" Queued"

I was having an issue with UNC based disk storage as being an invalid path. Based on a suggestion I received here, I changed over to ISCSI for disk based. No problem setting it up and accessing it on the server. BE Test runs are successful. However, when I go to run the actual job, it hangs at "Active: Queued" indefinitely. I've deleted/recreated the storage, jobs, and removed/reinstalled the servers. No fix. Lots of unresolved forum threads on this issue. Any guidance is appreciated.

I've also deleted the BE Data folder from the storage drive and rerun the job. Same result.
