Shadow Copy Components hangs with no error message

Hi,

I'm trying to backup two servers, and both hangs on Shadow Copy Components. There is no error message in Backup Exec 10d, or Eventlog on Backup and remote servers.

It just hangs, state is "Running". I have to stop the BackupExec service to cancel the job.
Both remote and backup server is running Windows 2003.

If I make a backupjob only backing up shadow copy components it is succesful, but when selecting C:, D:, E: and Shadow Copy Components it hangs.

VSSADMIN LIST WRITERS on Remote server says:

Hello,
Normally a Reboot should work.

But you have many Errors. We would suggest you get in touch with Microsoft to check if you have Problems with VSS.
