Shadow Copy Exception

I am receiving an exception on my Windows 2003 DCs stating "to fully protect Windows Server 2003, you must select Shadow Copy Components for backup." I have Shadow Copy selected for each of the jobs and the summary states that it was backed up. Any suggestions as to why I am receiving this exception and how to get rid of it?

If the servers being backed up were upgraded from Win 2000, the error may be caused by remnants of the old 'System State' selection from the old OS. See TechNote http://support.veritas.com/docs/262317 for more information.
