Why is it so hard to get an answer to this?  I have asked this question numerous times and keep being told soon.  I was initially told that the agent for SPPS2007 would be released when the product RTM'd.  That was months ago and here I am with no agent.  You keep asking me to be a partner, yet you can't respond accurately to a simple question.  Could we please get an accurate date for when this agent will be released?

As a partner, we have already received the sales pitch for this, much like we received the "Exchange 2007 Support" sales pitch for 11d RTM.

Every salesman I talk to says the support is already in the product - and asks me to go open a paid support case to discuss the matter further.

My account manager advised that there is a new version of 11d around now then a following hotfix for Sharepoint agents.

So is that new version 7170 and either way when is the hotfix or update going to be available?

I'm currently running 11d rev.7170 Hotfix 3.

From what I can tell, Sharepoint 2007 / WSS 3.0 support is not included in this code.

I'm really looking forward to using this functionality....

Hopefully Symantec will see fit to let us know when it's available, and how to get it....
