Sharepoint foundation 2010 backup fails

We upgraded our Backup Exec 2010 to 2010 R2. On the same server is installed Sharepoint foundation 2010 software. We cannot backup this system. In backup log we get error:

"Backup- SharePoint - 80\Content-DB 1 (SFDCS\SHAREPOINT\WSS_Content)V-79-57344-794 - Error: Unable to query the Team database meta-data.".

Everything is backed up (WSS_search, SharePoint_AdminContent, SharePoinrCOnfig) except WSS_Content.

There is a strange thing also. On the selection list I see "ConfigurationV3-DB" under "Server Farm 1". I think it should be "ConfigurationV4-DB" for Sharepoint 2010 version.

These two articles apply to Sharepoint 2007/WSS 3.0 and Backup Exec 12.

We have problem with 2010 version.
