Sharing Puredisk Dedupe Storage Slows down server

Hi

Environment:

BackupExec 2014 SP1 Installed

2xWindows 2008 R2 SP1 Server Located at Site A+B

2xBUE Puredisk Storage Location on Local drive D on Site A and B respectively

2xDell Tape Libriaries.

How to replicate Issue:

Share Site A's BUE Puredisk storage with Site B.

Only Site A's Backup Run slowly. Site B that's shared with site A's BUE Puredisk Backups Run Fine.

Description:

We have a BUE Deduplication environment with 2 Tape Libriaries[3 version one site has 2 virtual libriaries].

As soon as we 'Share' the Deduplication Storage on the one site to the other in order to do replication beween the sites. The Storage slows down tremendously and the Backup Jobs start going into Queue'd states. The Moment we remove it backups run quick again.

Another observation is that the Storage Discovery Process under Media seems to keep running/hang most of the time.

Has anybody encountered something like this before? Will upload adamm log in a moment.

What we've done to date:

I've seen some other forum posts that say to update the Tape Libriary drivers. We've installed the latest available from Dell today. We're still experiancing the same issue.
