Sicherungsauswahlliste wird nicht angezeigt

Hallo,

ich habe Backup Exec 2010 R2 SP1 installiert. Es lief auch alles wunderbar, bis zu dem Punkt wo ich eine neue Auswahlliste erstellen wollte. In dieser Auswahlliste wurden mir keine Server angezeigt.

Alles Andere läuft Das LTO funktioniert die Mediensätze konnte ich erstellen aber leider so etwas nicht ganz uninteressantes wie eben die Auswahl der zu sichernden Daten nicht. Immer wenn ich eine neue Auswahlliste erstellen möchte schmiert mir der Remote Dienst ab.

Wer kann helfen?

Seems to be an issue with the Backup Exec Service Account, have you tried using a different Domain

admin account. I would also suggest you to upgrade to BE2010 R3.

After installing the latest updates and hotfixes it is possible to create an new selection list.

By the Way the user Account ist correct.

...is it asking you to hit F5 to refresh? If so, check and make sure that the BE services are started up. If BE worked fine BEFORE the installation of BE 2010 R2 SP1, then it probably isn't the BESA...SP1 wouldn't affect that, unless it's locked out.
