Snapshot technology error (0x8004230f) on Hyper-V VM

Hi,

We have below system enviroment.

1. BE 2012 on Windows Server 2008 R2

2. Two Hyper-V Host Server on Windows Server 2012 (Clusted)

3. 8 Virtual Machines are running on each Hyper-V host server.

4. All the VMs are stored in  IBM DS3512 Storage connected with local FC network of 1 Gbps.

5. The BE 2012 Applience have a updated for SP4 (Backup Exec 2012 Rev 1798 Service Pack 4 (TECH212772).

 

According to below article,

this situation is same as above, but the solution couldn't figure out this errors.

Is there any solution about this situation?,

Push out the remote agent to the VM's, reboot them and try again

...if there are agents running on the Hyper-V hosts, did youpush-install these out after upgrading to BE 2012 SP4?
