After upgrade from BE 2012 to BE2014 I cannot make a Complete backup for My Exchange 2010.

Do ensure AOFO is not enabled for the backup job. And was the remote agent upgraded as well on the Exchange server ?

Check the status of the VSS writers on the Exchange server. A restart of the Information Store service or a reboot of the Exchange server will help if the VSS writers are in a non-stable state.

Are there any VSS related events/warnings under the exchange server ?

Do ensure the backup schedule does not conflict with exchange maintenance. You may also consider recreating the backup job to rule out any corruption issues.
