Hello I am using BE11d and doing a information store backup, when selecting mailboxes to restore, a few mailboxes are not listed. Others are and can browse the subfolders and select what I want to backup, except the one I wanted to restore of course! Please help, why would only a couple mailboxes not being backed up?
Ohh, yes, very much so. I found this article http://support.veritas.com/docs/286823 I have upgraded and ran a job but no luck, those accounts do have the different legacy names, so I am thinking about changing it. I want to see if the version they say it's supposed to make it work does make it work. But if you have any other suggestions I would like that also. Thanks
Yeah, it's no use, I upgraded the very latest, hot fix 21, and the mailboxes with the different legacy names are still not being backed up. Has anybody found a fix for this, or do I have to change the account settings?
