My backup process the last two days started skipping a ###.STF file in the MDBDATA Directory.
The backup is completing with errors. anything to worry about?

If your talking about backing up Exchange then its correct that *.STF files are not backupped. This is because they are in use. So, for Exchange you will need to backup the store or each mailbox seperately.
