Running Backup Exec 20.3
I included a screenshot of the issue. All I can see are thin blank lines and not the bars with the drive information. I ran CClearner and rebooted the computer.
Are there any ideas on how to resolve this?

As well as possibly logging a formal case - is there a warning shield symbol bottom left of console and if yes what is the message when you hover the mouse over the shield

No there's not. Just a circle of gray dots.
I can't log into the support portal either. Getting this error.
"Your attempt to log in through SAML Single Sign On failed"
