Storage status offline 4am with Backup Exec 2012

Good morning,

I have a problem with Backup Exec and the storage, is a SAN With Multipath. I have two disks that are: Deduplication Storage Fodler, and B2D.

Every day at 4:00 AM, the storage appears offline. I updated Backup Exec with LiveUpdated, but not working. I need help with this, an update to correct the problem?.

Everyday at 04:00 hours BE runs a database maintenance but this should not cause any device to

go offline.
