Suddenly cant see any mailboxes to restore using GRT

Hi!

We have been using the GRT technology to enable the restore of single mailboxes from the information store backup. I have been monitoring the restore selection list for a while and suddenly with no warning no mailboxes can be seen when browsing Microsoft Information Store and down the information store the mailboxes are located in. This have worked before every day but suddenly i cant see any mailboxes there. Whats wrong. No error message or anything. This is very anoying. Can i thrust that this product is doing the job it is supposed to do? We havent touched the software in anyway. It just happened like this suddenly...

Please help me...we are using Backup Exec 11d rev. 7170

One of the hotfixes for 11d 7170 does this. There is at least one thread out there on this. We had the same issue and started back tracking until we found it. Sorry, i'm not in front of my console at the moment.
