Symantec Backup Exec 2010R3 | The connection to the backup exec database has been lost ID57345

Good afternoon

Looking for a solution to an identical problem that I found this link with reference to the document: 318243
http://support.veritas.com/docs/318243
however the link points only to:
https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US
It would be possible to share which is the correct link.

I take the post to share some of the events I catch in the event viewer with id 37345.

Database Exception Context: LoginAccount GetByID Error: BeServer lost connection to the database. DB Error Set 0: native = 0x10d9 source = hr = 0x10d9 BeServer lost connection to the database. Some operations may not work properly

Database Exception Context: AutoClearAlerts: sp ClearAutoAlert Error: BeServer lost connection to the database. DB Error Set 0: native = 0x10d9 source = hr = 0x10d9 BeServer lost connection to the database. Some operations may not work properly

If there is another recomendation, please advice

Thanks

Vitor

This is the problem with running a software version that ran out of support quite a number of years ago - all TechNotes and online documentation becomes irrelevant and is therefore removed.

See if the advice in this post helps at all:
