Symantec Backup Exec 2014 Unlock Robotic Library is disabled

This is the first time i have installed Backup Exec 2014 on Windows 2012, Robotic Library unlock button seems to be disabled, any ideas...

Excerpt from the above KB:-

Set the value of the following registry key to 0 and restart the BE services for the Lock/Unlock operation to be available ~

HKLM\software\Symantec\Backup Exec for Windows\Adamm\Disable Library Door Lock
