I don't work for Symantec so this is not "my" product...

this is something you need to find out from Kaseya, or log a call with Symantec directly. My statement stands though...Symantec don't publish roadmaps of support for their products.

Symantec don't publish roadmaps for support. best bet is to find the site with details on Kaseya's new version that will be released, and subscribe to that.

Once it is released you would be informed of this.

So if there is no roadmap and we can't rely on support, should we start looking at other products?  It's much more important for us to be able to monitor our clients and be up to date with our VSA than it is to wait for Symantec to finally get around to updating their module.  It's also ridiculous that you are sending us to their site to see when your product will be released when they are not responsible for this Third Party module.

It took several months to get an update when moving through the 6.x versions.  I only see this getting worse as Kaseya moves to their new product release dates, 3 times a year.  

As we rely on the BE module to perform our daily checks for our clients using it, this is the only module holding us back.  If we cannot rely on timely updates, we will have to start moving our clients off of this backup software to some thing that can be more reliabily monitored.
