Symantec Backup Exec Unable to login to media server (Wi)

Hi Everyone,

after a system restart my symantec backup exec 2010 R3 Stopped working whenever i try to login this window appears i'm using administrator account for login please see the image below.

Note: SQLBCKUP is up and running.

3 of the services are unable to run with this error: 1068 the dependency service or group failed to start.

• Backup Agent Browser

•  Backup Exec Job Engine

• Backup Exec Server

Have you made sure that the account being used isn't perhaps locked out? Or the password changed?

I'm sure that the current account is not locked out and using the updated password.
