Dear experts.
we required a help on this we are using symantec backup exec 2012 with server OS windows 2008 R2 .As the Inventory of the Tape is not accepting find the attachment for your reference , Please gives us your suggestion and solution .

check adamm.log from BE Install Path\Logs.
