Hallo,
edit:
was ich gerade vom eventlog gesehen habe:
Solved! Go to Solution.

Hi,
Go to the properties of the B2D and change the number of concurrent jobs. Normally it is set to 4, but see if it is less, or increase it and see if this fixes it.
You can also right-click the job that is queued and choose: Respond to Alert and see what it is waiting for.
Thanks!

hi,

OK...then try decreasing the # of jobs to 4, run it and see if it goes through. If it does, then increase the # of jobs again until it either queues backups (in which case just go back to the previous # of simultaneous jobs!) or goes through.
THanks!

The Windows Filtering Platform Audit messages mean that you have a local firewall blocking ports dropping connections. Please try to disable it for troubleshooting, incase there are multiple firewalls, disable all of them. Restart Backup Exec services and then try the backups.
I found a long discussion about this on technet which is worth a read.

Could you post the complete Event log error. There might be 1 in application log and several security logs

It is not just the destination that you have to watch. You also have to see whether there is any contention on the resources that you are trying to back up. For example, if you have 1 job backing up the C: drive of a server and another job backing up a folder on the C: drive of that server, then the second job cannot start until the first job is completed.
