Symantec DLO has Information active alert show that "The user count license limit has been reached"

HI all ,
 
I need to maintain a symantec 11d backup exec server and recently i noticed that the "Symantec Desktop and laptop option for backup exec" has some Informtaion alert "The user count license limit has been reached"


I check the license purchase i have purchase 10 license , and i currently has 9 user is activated , by rite it should not have this false alarm...could somebody able show me that how to verify my activated DLO licnese from the backup server ??or how is the way i actiaveted my DLO license , i have the key .

Go to Tools --> Install Options and License Keys ...   to check and install licenses.
