The download is also broken  "login is denied"  when clicking on any link on the ftp server

I am trying to download a Backup Exec Manual from...

It keeps asking me for a login and password.  I've tied my SymAccount and it doesn't work.  (The same as used for my support and this forum.)  I've also tried guest and Anonymous.  Nothing works.  Any ideas?
