I have an issue that should be easy to resolve. We have an environment where we have installations of Backup Exec in several offices. Each installation uses the same Active Directory account as its System Account Logon. We have found that someone in one of the offices has been occasionally using the System Account for other purposes. We need to change the System Accounts password without the local admins intervention or knowledge. I can log onto each of servers and make the changes as needed but if I recall there are a couple different steps. One for changing the logon account and another for changing the services. Can someone please point me to the articles needed to make changes?
