Hi!

We need to schedule system state backup for our server. There is a little green mark on C drive of every selection list which says "System Critical". Do we have to include the whole C drive with system state?

It seems the backup is SDR enabled. Refer to http://www.symantec.com/docs/HOWTO99630

You should include entire C drive along with the system state.
