TS3100 with 2 drives?

We are planning to buy a new tape drive, IBM TS3100 with 2 LTO-3 drives. I was wondering if Backup Exec 10 or 11 is compatible with 2 drives? Will it be able to use them both at the same time?

We are using this exact drive with 11d, works great but are having trouble running a job for each drive simaltanously...

BUT
 
You will need to purchase and install an LEO (Library Expansion Option)
 
One library with one drive is free with the base server code
 
second through nn drives in the first library needs one LEO each
 
second library with one drive requires one LEO, second through drive nn needs xxx one LEO each
