What is the meaning of above error on windows 2003 server with backup exec 11d installed !

I've encountered the same problem as yours, and BE 11d, has nothing to do with it.

You may have to check your library by pressing the lib button and check for the version of your exabyte library.

Donwload the latest firmware and upload it to your exabyte, but in order to do this, you must also download the application in exabyte website and that is www.exabyte.com.

Find the model of your library and download the file and GUI application.

If this doesn't help at all, try checking your library menu and you may find errors, either right or left arm is damaged.
