Tape drive access

I am currently using System Recovery 2011 on my NAS servers using the Windows Storage Server OS.  It is my understanding that System Recovery does not have the capability to write datasets to a tape device.  I currently have a need to write several backed up files to a tape for off site storage, does Symantec have an addin or product I can use to satisify this need?

Thanks

Mike

Backup Exec for Windows is altogether different product from Symantec System Recovery.

BEWS can write data to disks and tapes where SSR only writes data to disks.

BEWS can backup remote servers too by installing Remote agents on the remote servers.

Yes, you can use Backup exec to do so.

It is a seperate product from System Recovery and can write data to tapes.

Check here for more details about the product and trialware: www.backupexec.com

Kiran, I was under the impression that a seperate product was required i.e. Backup Exec for Windows Servers .......... how is this different from System Recovery and is that the correct product?
