The Backup Exec Server Service did not start. An internal error (10) occurred in object 13.

Hello

Some help here would be really useful as i'm currently sratching my head as to why i cant get Backup Exec 2014 start on a new Server 2012 R2 standard build.

The install looks to have gone through fine and the updates ran through without issue, after a restart i noticed that some of the backup exec services were not running, Backup Exec Server, Backup Exec Agent Browser, Backup Exec Job Engine & Backup Exec Management Service.

Whenever i try to start Backup Exec Server i get the following error in the event logs. "The Backup Exec Server Service did not start.  An internal error (10) occurred in object 13."

I then ran Beserver.exe -console to see if i could get a more specific error however what it gives me is not helping much. Below is the log, any help would be greatly appreciated.
