The Backup Exec Server Service did not start!!!

Hi,

I had some problems on backup exec 10 and 10d. Then i set up the backup exec 11d into the my win2003 ent. system to solve the previous problems. but this solution did not work?Below is the event which is logged in the Event Viewer.

Event Id:57802
Description:The Backup Exec Server Service did not start. An internal error (-536837662) occurred in object 11.

Please somebody help me...

Was this upgrade suceessful?

Is there any error in bkupinst.htm?

Please check the value for the regisry key "Image Path" for all services.

(Hkey_LOCAL MACHINE\SYSTEM\CONTROLSet001\Services)

Is Backup Exec installed on an existing SQL instance by any chance? If yes, is it a case sensitive SQL instance?
