I Try to enable "debug logging" for Backup Exec Server Service using switch -debug (http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/254212.htm), but log not created. Enable Logging using registry key HKey_Local_Machine\Software\VERITAS\Backup Exec\Engine\Logging\CreateDebugLog get only success log for BEREMOTE.

I run BEGather utility, but collected data do not help me to find problem source.

How can i troubleshoot problem?

Hello,

Do you have APC Powerchute Business Edition installed on the Media server?

Also, is it a CASO and MMS environment?

Ensure that Outlook is the default mail client. Have you tried restarting the machine?
