Dear all,

My situation is SBE 2012 run with database and application Agent to backup Lotus Domino Server.

Our plan is backup important databases (*.nsf) only. Totally we have 20 databases selected to backup.

Last maintanance Domino server, we clear some database which not use any more. And we had cleared 1 of 20 backup databases (moved to another location)

And from this time, job backup show result "The job completed successfully. However, the following conditions were encountered: 1 files were skipped. " 

I checked log of job backup. It shown that 

File SERVER|E:\lotus\Domino\data\mail\ABC.nsf is in the backup selection list but was not found.

Actually ABC.nsf already move on another directory, no need to backup any more. 

But how to configurate to stop "However, the following conditions were encountered: 1 files were skipped. " ?

Hello,

Could you please restart all the Backup Exec services(on both- the Backup Exec Server and the Remote Server) and then try to run the backup job again? 

Also, please install the latest service pack(Service Pack 4) on both the servers(refer to http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH212772 )

Edit your job and click on the Edit button on the left-hand pane under the selection list. On the next screen, click on the Details tab, search for ABC.nsf and delete it
