The media server could not connect to the remote computer

My exchange backup is fail for 2 days already with the error stated below.

Completed status: Failed
Final error: 0xe0000f02 - The media server could not connect to the remote computer. The remote computer may not exist on the selected subnet. Try an alternative network interface, or allow Backup Exec to choose any available network interface.
Final error category: Resource Errors

Go through all the solution from KB, not able to solve the problem. Any advice or suggestion?

Can you check if there is any error generated in the event log on the exchange server ?
Also let us know the version of exchange and backup exec you are running.

Have you following steps from one of the kb article
To resolve this issue the following steps can be performed :

1. Click on the Tools Menu >> go to  Options.

2. Go to Network and Firewall Option .

3. Select a specific network adapter and select the check box to allow Backup Exec to
   choose any available route for remote agents not bound to the above Network ID.

4. Recycle the Backup Exec Services and rerun the job.

Targer Server: Microsoft Exchange 2003
Target Server OS: Microsoft Windows Server 2003
Backup Server : Symantec Backup Exec 2010
Backup Server OS: Windows Server 2008

there is no error found at Exchange server side. solution provided is tried, but not able to solve it.
FYI, Test Run no problem, successful without error.
