Troubles with install new robotic library(neo xl 60)

Hello!

I stucked in installing new robotic library neo xl60. There is only tape drive in console..

can u give me some advices, how to resolve this problem?

Well BE is not detecting the library itself (robotic arm and slots) it is only detecting the drive as it should show like the Quatum Scalar i40 library you also have connected. 

Which might mean that you have not connected the whole of the library correctly to the server (SAN zoning or hardware connections etc) or could mean that it is connected correctly but not returning identifers we recognize so we can't use it

The ADAMM.LOG file (read from the bottom up to the last service restart) may show an error that will help.

Check that the NEO tape library is configured to have a "control path" enabled.  Usually it is a setting/property of the tape drive in the library web interface.  I assume that you only have one tape drive in it?  Is it FC or SAS?
