True tape capacity not displayed

Hi,
We are using LTO3 tapes recently migrated from DLT3. In Media Management it does not show the correct total capacity of the tape. It is still showing the capacity of the old tapes (DLT). e.g. the new tapes should show at least 400GB total capacity and instead shows 35.5, which was the capacity of the DLT3 tapes.
Can you please assist.

I have a similar proble but with LTO2 tapes... Could you please advise how you resolved this issue?

i actually reinstalled all the device drivers and it works now.
