Hello, I have Backupexec v11d running on a Windows 2003 server. I am trying to install the remote agent for Netware onto the Netware v6.5 server. I try to add the agent Manually, type in the IP of the Netware server, it asks for user name and password - errors out - "No network provider accepted the given network path". When I type in the "\\ipaddress\data" at the run cmd prompt, i receive the same error. Its like the Windows Server can't even map a drive to the Netware server.
Can anyone help me on this?
The MS client for Netware is only for IPX, and I don't want to install the novell client onto a windows server. I have Googled the entire net and can't find a solution.
I can install the remote agent for Windows servers with out any problems to other Windows servers. Print and file sharing is on.
