Turning On Successful Backup Notification

I've seen this feature somewhere but for some reason I cannot get back to it. It seems like it wasn't checked by default. Can someone tell me how to turn this on?

To configure notification for a specific job Select the job, then Properties, Settings, Notification.

It sends an email notification.
