Unable To Use New LTO LIbrary

I have recently added a new LTO library to my backup server. The library (ADIC) shows up on the Devices tab under Robotic Libraries. I can see all the slots (24), and I can see which slots have tapes loaded in them. However, I am unable to label the media and I am unable to inventory the tapes. What am I doing wrong? Is there further setup required to use the library?

What is the error that you get when you inventory or label the tape?
