Unable to access remote serer to backup

In our old version of Backup Exec we had no problem accessing our remote server. The new version does not access the remote server even though we have a trial version of remote running. Symantec screwed up our remote purchase. Our sytem logon account is accurate but is not being recognized on the remote. Any ideas?

Have you tried restarting the remote agent service on the remote server?
