If this wasn't so laughable, I'd cry. Trying to raise a support case with Symantec. Unable to logon to symaccount using IE8 - hangs at logon. So tried using Firefox and IE9 and whilst they logon, I get the attached error message when trying to create a new case.
So what now? Is there a telephone number for support?

Got distracted this afternoon with real work and thought I'd try the support site again. It's even worse now. Before at least "Create case" brought something up. Now it doesn't do anything. Just sits there with the world spinning...

*sigh* - the support site is now working but when I try entering our support ID that we have on record, it's not recognised. I'm half suspecting that whilst we pay Symantec a lot each year, it's possible we've not renewed our support. Is support something from license renewal?

When you phone for support, mention both your technical problem and the issue you are having with the website and ask the person logging the case to create cases for both issues
