Unable to establish trust with agent using use non-english (cyrillic) account usernames

If I use non-english (cyrillic) account usernames on agent computers and tried to establish trust i get error:
Calling Method 'setservertrust'
BEMSDK Method 'MediaserverAdvertisementUpdate'
BEMSDK Failure Code: -536831135:X8
But, at the same time, backup processes for this agent is normal.
Problem causes only on trust establishing process.

If the backups are running fine, then I don't think there is a problem per se with the trust... Check if you can try uninstalling the agent & push installing it again.

And are you experiencing this error only when using  cyrillic ? Or same error when using English ?

Remote installation  using non-english usernames (logins) is ok, problem persists only with trust establishment process (from context menu).
