Problem :
Unable to expand job history in Backup Exec
Error :
Expand All and Collapse All functions doesn't work
Cause :
Javascript doesn't work properly.
Solution :
Use regsvr32.exe to register jscript.dll or jscript9.dll (Internet Explorer 9)
On windowsx64 system, register both 32 bits and 64 bits dll's.
e.g.
IE8 :
- c:\windows\system32\regsvr32.exe jscript.dll
- c:\windows\syswow64\regsvr32.exe jscript.dll
IE9 :
- c:\windows\system32\regsvr32.exe jscript9.dll
- c:\windows\syswow64\regsvr32.exe jscript9.dll
