Unable to install BE Agent on a workgroup Server

Hi!

We are getting the below errror while trying to install BE 2014 agent on a win 2008 R2 server which is in a workgroup. BE Server is a domain connected server. We already have another workgroup server connected to BE Server and the backup is working.

We are using the administrator account in this server to install the agent but still getting Access Denied message.

Check the installation log to see what exactly goes wrong

1. Make sure that you've added that local administrator into the Networks and Security section of BE as follows: \\IPAddress\Administrator + password

2. Make sure you have port 10000 open on any firewall running on that workstation server.

3. Try a local installation of the RAWS agent.

If UAC is enabled, disable it (which requires a reboot) and then push the remote agent install again.
