Unable to install agents

Ok, I have received the famous rpc not available, so I installed the agents both remote and open file, locally as instructed. Backup exec still does not see the client agents. What is going on.

Could you elaborate the issue? From where does backup exec not see the agents? Do you mean to say that the remote servers are not visible in backup selections?
Do you receive any errors?

A little more information is required. What OS is you BE server? What OS are the targets to be backed up?
Do the targets appear in the BE console? If yes, what error do you get when you attempt to access them?
