Unable to re-add the ndmp device after I accidently remove it from backup/restore list

Please help resove my issue on how to re-add netapp device from storage list. I was able to add it before but for some for some reason it won't allow me to add it back again. There is no updates or password change from the netapp filer even on backup exec side. Please see attached error.
