Unable to recover a windows server using sdr custom disk

Hi all ,

I am using Backup Exec 2012 . I taken backup of few servers with SDR enabled .

I created one Custom sdr disk . Using this disk i tried to recover one of our windows servers .

But at final step (Recover ) , it is giving the following error .

"Backup Exec server cannot authorize the backup exec for the remote agent running on this computer".

If any idea on this . Kindly share your Valuable information in-order to reslive the issu.

Hi Craig , 

Thanks for your reply .

But , here we are booting this from Live recovery dvd . we cannot find any options to set time or date 

And regarding NDMP , i tried it . but not resolving the issue .

Here we can edit /etc/services using CMD prompt utiluty tool . and made an entry for NDMP with 11000 port number. But no luck

Hi All ,

At finally we resolved the above issue by upgrading BE version to SP4.

in this patch they resolved that issue

After resolving the above error we are facing another error as mentioned below

"cannot find a resource entry for this computer on the backup exec server . Make sure remote agent for windows servers service is started "

But there is dr files on the default path .

Kindly help me on this issue .Thanks in advance .
