Unable to run report. No further information available

I am getting this error when I try to run a report "Unable to run report. No further information available". I found the following document http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/272065.htm which says I need the following directories, which I have:
C:\Program Files\VERITAS\Backup Exec\NT\Reports\Saved\HTML
C:\Program Files\VERITAS\Backup Exec\NT\Reports\Saved\

I have also run a repair for Veritas, but I am still having the same issue where I am unable to run reports. Any other suggestions?

Hello,

Does this occur for all the reports or for any one in particular? Since when does the problem occur? Have you run a rpair of the BEDB database or the Backup exec installation?
