Unable to schedule a backup job. A required priviledge is not held...

I'm receiving the above and following error message "A required priviledge is not held by the client." when I try to schedule a backup job on Veritas 9 Rev. 4454. After clicking ok on the error message I am unable to select anything on the local hard drive. I am running Windows 2000 Server with SP4 installed.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Is the Backup Exec service account a member of domain admins?
