Unable to suddenly backup Exchange 2010

Hi All, just recently my BE 2010 backup job of Exchange 2010 failed and wont backup.  Nothing has changed on the Exchange servers.  I am unable to brose the Exchange databases via the BE 2010 GUI.  Here's the log from running sgmon, and advice is appreciated.  BE 2010 is patched up with the latest updates and so is the remote agent on the exchange servers.

Hi,

Couple of things to check out and do:

1. Make sure the Remote Agent for Windows Servers service is running on the Exchange server, and that it's publishing to your media server. If not, start up the service, or restart the server if need be.

2. Uninstall the Exchange license, restart the BE services, and then reinstall the Exchange license on the media server. Browse the Exchange server again.

3. Uninstall the RAWS agent from the Exchange server (assuming it is a remote server). Run LiveUpdate and patch your media server with all patches, and then push-install the RAWS agent back to the remote server. Try browsing Exchange again.

4. Run a repair of the BE installation and try again.

5. If you have an AV or firewall on the media server, check and make sure that neither of them are now blocking the BE services from communicating to your media server.

6. Reboot the media server.

Thanks!

Do ensure RAWS is running under local system account on both servers
